Mandor water fall is a perfect one day hike for you if you’d like to get off the beaten path, walk on the train track to get to the beautifull water fall of Mandor seeing a lot orchid, bromelies, begonias and doing some bird waching. and also visiting the Machupicchu museun, One day of hike Mandor offer even more! Next day Machupicchu very early when there are only few tourists. We will be able to have our 2-3 hour guided tour of the ruins and also walking to the sun gate, enjoyong the beautiful mountains, valleys and rivers that surround one of the wonders of the world.

Itinerary
DAY 1
CUSCO- AGUAS CALIENTES – MANDOR
We will pick you up from your hotel at 5:30 a.m. and go by train to Machupicchu. The trip will take about 4 hours. We will then arrive to Aguas Calientes, the closest town to Machupicchu, where we will leave our bags in a hostel. At noon, we will have lunch and rest before starting our trek to MANDOR PAMPA. We will walk about an hour to the site and take in the flora and fauna on the way. We will also visit the Machupicchu museum where your guide will explain the latest archeological discoveries in the magical city. On the way, we will stop to take in the Mandor Valley. We will then return to Aguas Calientes where we will spend the night.
DAY 2
AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
After an early breakfast, we will head to Machupicchu. We will first arrive to the entrance point where we will have a panoramic view of the city. We will then register and have a 2-3 hour guided tour. Afterwards, you will have time to explore the city on your own and. walking up to huayna picchu , later you will take the bus to Aguas Calientes where we will take the train back to Cusco.

Train for the end of your Trek
The most common departure time that we suggest for our tourists is 6:35 p.m. This departure time will allow you to spend more time at Machu Picchu and do more activities like climb Huayna Picchu mountain (which can be booked additionally) and enjoy the hot springs or some cervezas after a long trek.
The 6:35 p.m train will arrive in Ollantaytambo train station at 8:20 p.m and you will be picked up by your driver outside of the train station. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it so that there is no confusion. If you do not see the driver initially, just wait for them outside the train station. Once the driver has picked you up, then you will travel for 1 1/2 hours in a van before you arrive back at your hotel/hostel. Arrival time in Cusco is 10:00pm approximately.
The earliest departure time available in the afternoon is 2:55 p.m, and this is for Travelers who are planning to leave Cusco city early in the morning the next day to go ahead with their travel plans.
Important: We guarantee this early Expedition departures as per the itinerary, if you book your tours in 2 months in advance, otherwise we may be forced to offer Expedition train that departs at 6:45 p.m only.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you are thinking of climbing Huayna picchu mountain you must book in advance. Only 400 people can hike Huaynapicchu per day. You will climb it on your own after the tour in Machupicchu around 10 .00 am. we recomend you to book in advance to let us know Machupicchu Mountain also is another alternative climbing mountain, we recomend it, if huayna picchu mountain is overbook.
