Pachacutec Expeditions Travel Specialists is a fully licensed, professional tour operator based in Cusco Peru, started in 2013 by Carlos Aranibar who has lived in the Andes all his life and has worked on the Inca trail and on all the Treks to Macchupicchu both as a Porter and a Tour Guide since 2003, Carlos is a Quechua native speaker.
Pachacutec Expeditions is locally owned, we started with our groundbreaking policies regarding ethical tourism and porter welfare, with the aim of providing benefits of tourism beyond the wealthy Cusco – Sacred Valley comunities corridor.

We first hiked the routes we offer in the spirit of discovery – and we wanted to capture this in our tours, so you too can feel the thrill of breaking new ground.
