One day hike Moray

One day hike Moray Salt Mines, will introduces to some of Cusco’s most interesting Inca sites. The tour starts with a visit to the Colonial town of Maras and its church. From Maras we continue to the nearby Inca site of Moray, a magnificent series of terrace circles set into the ground that were once used by the Incas for experimentation with crops. Our final destination are the salt mines which have been in use since Pre-Inca times. Water from a subterranean stream is channelled through pools where it evaporates and leaves behind pure salt crystals. With thousands of stark white pools stretching down the valley, the views are stunning to the urubamba snow peak mountains.

Train for the end of your Trek

The most common departure time that we suggest for our tourists is 6:35 p.m. This departure time will allow you to spend more time at Machu Picchu and do more activities like climb Huayna Picchu mountain (which can be booked additionally) and enjoy the hot springs or some cervezas after a long trek.
The 6:35 p.m train will arrive in Ollantaytambo train station at 8:20 p.m and you will be picked up by your driver outside of the train station. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it so that there is no confusion. If you do not see the driver initially, just wait for them outside the train station. Once the driver has picked you up, then you will travel for 1 1/2 hours in a van before you arrive back at your hotel/hostel. Arrival time in Cusco is 10:00pm approximately.
The earliest departure time available in the afternoon is 2:55 p.m, and this is for Travelers who are planning to leave Cusco city early in the morning the next day to go ahead with their travel plans.
Important: We guarantee this early Expedition departures as per the itinerary, if you book your tours in 2 months in advance, otherwise we may be forced to offer Expedition train that departs at 6:35 p.m only.

You will climb it on your own after the tour in Machupicchu around 10 .00 am. we recomend you to book in advance to let us know Machupicchu Mountain also is another alternative climbing mountain, we recomend it, if huayna picchu mountain is overbook.
